We navigate life differently when we are Seen, Heard, Understood, & Valued
Do you feel...
Exhausted from having to have it all figured out?
Love being the responsible one but also wanting to let loose and be free too?
Lonely needing help but can’t seem to trust others?
Love for your partner but also question if they are the right one for you?
Like you're in a fish bowl; Feel like everyone is watching you and waiting to see if you succeed or waiting for you to fail?
Tired of trying to be perfect?
Used to having to perform for love?
Disappointed with unsolicited advice from others who say they know you?
Determined to protect yourself from being hurt or let down again?
Underneath it all, whether it’s experiences of abandonment, mommy wounds, daddy issues, dysfunctional relationships, pain from peer friendships, you deserve to heal and be free. You deserve to know and experience peace within when you’re with others. You deserve to not have to carry everybody while simultaneously trying to please and perform. You deserve to just be. You deserve to have an abundance of genuine love and support, peace, ease, and freedom that is authentically aligned with the true essence of who you are. You deserve to move about life, relationships, and career interests with flow, ease, excitement, and curiosity. You deserve to not have to force or do all the time. You deserve to only have to own what you can control. You deserve to not have to be responsible for how others carry their pain, their trauma, their fears, their insecurities. You deserve to be unapologetic and purely confident. You deserve to heal your inner child. You deserve you and you deserve healthy relationships that add value to you. You deserve to be free from the bondage of your past and the negative projections your unhealthiness internalized.
You Deserve Therapy;
